My machines does not have internet access and can't download from windows update the list of trusted root certificates (CTL) In this technet article say that this CTL can be downloaded from Microsoft download center but I have searched and I just found a KB of 2013 that contains the CTL.My question is ¿where I can find the latest version of this list of trusted certificated? file to another machine, open the file and install the desired certs from it.We use LDMS for our patching which means that our workstations and servers do not have direct access to the Internet. Patching is working fine and is great but we have now noticed that the Trusted Root Certificate store is not updated on our workstations and servers as they do not have the necessary access to the internet to download these. When we were using WSUS this was done automatically so is LDMS patching able to download the trusted Root Certificate updates and push them out also? The second functions of encrypted signaling and media can only be provided by using CTL files.
Maintaining updated CTL software prevents crashes and maximizes hardware and system performance. Some changes you can expect to see from this update are the ability touse RFB&D (Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic) e-books, new enhanced audio and visual navigation tools, the ability to go to a specific heading in an e-book, enhanced display theme choices, and the capability to store multi-volume books.Once you have updated to the version 1.01, you will not be able to downgrade to any previous version.I need to implement a service that does not start because the certificate cannot be validated. This certificate have a root ca that was recently created, so my windows 7 machines does not trust in this ca.
